phkai accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at phkai's discretion. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
Deposits are credited to your phkai wallet upon confirmation of receipt. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. phkai does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. phkai aims to process approved withdrawals within 24 hours of request confirmation.
